A LONG TIME PART TWO
As promised, part two! So I left talking about the road. Well, not ever so much has been happening really, I completed the Rapha Festive 500 just after Christmas - where you ride 500km between Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, that was quite good fun and my second time doing it... I've been doing the odd 100km here and there, sometimes a bit more. It's not been a bad winter, although I haven't been doing as much as I would like, I've still been getting some riding in, mainly having fun and just messing about really, not massive miles and not loads of intensity; I think the longest I have done this winter is about 170km, the odd hill here and there - and of course cake! And being honest, a decent amount of it. Also always a coffee, which seems to make me wee for England at the moment... Oh, also the odd commute to and from college, usually roughly 60km round trip or can be a bit shorter or a bit longer if I feel so inclined, that kinda get's repetitive though, and
